We make the collet chuck body from alloy steel, then grind the bore and taper in the same setup. That is how we hold 0.005 mm concentricity. Slots are cut by wire EDM, not milling, to avoid burrs and stress points.

A: Prototype in 7 working days. Production batches in 12 working days after drawing approval. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% in 5 days.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
