2. Inspection report per batch Every order ships with a dimensional inspection report. We measure bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, and surface roughness on each part. The report lists actual values, not just pass/fail. Your QC team can verify against our numbers in minutes.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your collet chuck is not the only part in your assembly. We also run CNC milling, metal stamping, spring coiling, and heatsink fabrication lines. Send us the whole assembly drawing. We quote all parts together, machine them under one roof, and ship them as a set. Fewer vendors, fewer logistics headaches, lower total cost.
In each case, the extended length lets the collet reach deeper into the workpiece or clear a fixture. The trade-off is stiffness. We compensate with hardened steel and precision-ground tapers.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind the taper and bore after heat treatment, not before. Then we measure every part on a CMM. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we replace the part at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Standard extended collets ship in 10–15 working days after drawing approval. Complex geometries with special coatings take 18–20 days. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first lot in 5 days.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material, heat treatment records, and hardness test results. If you need third-party testing, we arrange it at cost.
