We use CNC lathes for the outer profile and bore, then wire EDM for the hex and slots. Grinding is done on the bore and taper for concentricity. Each collet is individually numbered for traceability.

If a problem appears in your production, we can trace it back to the exact batch and process step. You get a full inspection report per batch, not a generic certificate.
