We grind the taper after heat treatment. That keeps runout tight and repeatable. The collet seat is lapped to ensure even clamping force across the full circumference.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. CMM data, runout measurements, hardness values, surface finish readings. We do not ship without it. If a dimension is out, we catch it before it reaches you.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept single-piece orders for prototypes and low-volume runs. The same tolerance and inspection apply whether you order 1 or 10,000.
Q: How do you ensure tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC turning and milling, then cylindrical grinding for the taper and bore. After heat treatment, we re-grind to final size. Every unit is checked for runout and taper angle. A CMM report is included with each batch.
Q: What is your lead time? A: 7 working days for samples. 10–15 working days for production orders, depending on batch size and material availability. We stock 20CrMnTi and 8620 in common sizes to shorten lead time.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material with every batch. Hardness test reports are also available on request. If you need full traceability, we can include heat treatment records as well.
