Precision CNC Machined Semiconductor Chamber Parts

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every housing gets a unique serial number. We track material heat number, machine operator, tool offsets, and inspection results for each piece. If a problem appears in the field, we trace it back to the exact batch and process step within 24 hours.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. CMM data points, surface finish readings, and material certificates. No extra charge. No asking. It is standard procedure.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your battery housing often needs a stamped cover, spring contacts, and a heat sink for the power electronics. We make all of them under one roof. One purchase order. One quality system. No coordination headaches between multiple suppliers.

Where these parts are used

CNC machined EV battery housings are not decorative boxes. They carry current, manage heat, and protect cells from vibration and impact.

  • Electric passenger vehicles: Battery pack enclosures for sedans and SUVs, typically 6061-T6 aluminum with hard anodize for corrosion resistance.
  • Commercial EVs: Bus and truck battery trays that need longer length and heavier wall thickness. We machine these on 5-axis centers to hold flatness over 800 mm lengths.
  • Energy storage systems (ESS): Stationary battery racks for solar and grid storage. These often require copper busbars and stainless steel fastening points machined in the same housing.
  • Electric two-wheelers: Smaller housings for e-bikes and scooters. High volume, tight cost targets, consistent quality across 10,000-piece runs.
  • Marine and off-road EVs: Sealed housings with gasket grooves and threaded inserts for harsh environments. We add surface treatments that survive salt spray and mud exposure.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine one prototype or 10,000 production pieces. The price per piece changes, but the process and quality system stay the same. Many buyers start with a single housing for fit testing, then scale up.

Q: How do you guarantee ±0.01 mm tolerance? A: We use temperature-controlled machining cells and in-process probing. After machining, every critical dimension is verified on a CMM. The inspection report is included with your shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we rework or remake the part at no cost.

Q: What is the actual lead time? A: Standard lead time is 10 days for prototypes (1-10 pieces) and 15-20 days for production batches. We can rush a single housing in 5 days if you need it for a test fixture. We quote exact dates with your firm order, not vague promises.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations on request. For automotive programs, we can supply IATF 16949 documentation and PPAP files.
