We use 5-axis CNC mills and jig grinders for the taper and bore. Heat treatment is done in-house with a vacuum furnace. Every chuck is serialized for traceability.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each heat lot and machining batch gets a unique code. If a tool holder fails in your spindle, we can trace it back to the raw material certificate, the machine operator, and the inspection record. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail sticker. Taper contact, runout, hardness, and surface roughness are all documented. We keep records for 10 years.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. You are not managing four suppliers. Send us a complete assembly drawing. We machine the chuck, stamp the retention knobs, make the springs for the collet closer, and machine the heat sink if your spindle needs cooling.
