Q: What tolerance can you hold on a collet chuck bore? A: ±0.005 mm on the bore diameter, ±0.01 mm on concentricity to the taper. For hydraulic chucks, we also verify the seal groove depth to ±0.02 mm.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom chuck? A: 15 days for a standard material prototype. 25 days for production runs with heat treatment. Faster if you supply the raw material or accept air freight.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We issue EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for all alloy steels. Heat treatment reports include hardness curves and case depth data.
