Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our machines execute it. We verify every dimension before the chuck leaves our floor in Dongguan.

This is a precision manufacturing service for CNC collet chucks built to your exact geometry. We do not sell off-the-shelf blanks. You send the print, we cut the steel, grind the mating surfaces, and ship a chuck that holds your workpiece within 0.005 mm TIR.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical diameters, 0.008 mm TIR on gripping surfaces
  • Lead time: 15 working days for standard steel, 20 for hardened alloy
  • MOQ: none. One piece is fine.
  • Origin: made in China, BQUQ factory, 20 years in precision machining.

Custom CNC Collet Chuck Holder Precision Manufacturing Made

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every chuck gets a unique serial number. We record heat treatment lot, raw material heat number, and final CMM data. If a problem appears in your line, you trace it back to our furnace and our operator. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send a PDF with all critical dimensions, runout measurements, and material certificates before shipment. For high-volume orders, we include SPC charts. Your incoming QC can skip the full inspection.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your chuck is not an island. Many buyers pair a collet chuck with a custom spring collet or a heat sink for the spindle motor. We run all four lines under one roof. You get one purchase order, one shipping date, one quality standard. Fewer vendors, fewer delays.

Where These Parts Are Used

Custom CNC collet chucks from our factory go into:

  • Swiss-type lathes for medical screw machining – 6 jaws hold thin-walled titanium without distortion.
  • Multi-spindle automatics in automotive fuel injector lines – repeatable gripping for 20,000+ cycles.
  • High-speed turning centers for aerospace bushings – runout below 0.008 mm keeps finish pass stock consistent.
  • Hydraulic expansion chucks on CNC grinders – our 6-jaw design replaces diaphragm chucks for odd-shaped blanks.
  • Prototype shops – one-off chuck for a non-standard part profile, delivered in 15 days.

We also make replacement jaws for existing chucks. Send the old part or a sketch, we match the profile.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? Zero. We machine one piece for a prototype or 5,000 for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but the first piece is never a problem.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? Every chuck is measured on a Zeiss CMM. Runout is checked with a hardened test bar. We send the inspection report with the shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we rework or replace at our cost. No arguments.

Q: What is the lead time? Standard steel: 15 working days after drawing approval. Hardened alloy (58 HRC or above): 20 working days. For urgent orders, we can split the batch – ship the first 20% in 7 days, the rest in 15.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? Yes. We supply mill certificates for raw material and our own heat treatment report. If you need third-party testing (UT, magnetic particle), we arrange it at cost.
