We have run CNC machines for 20 years. Optical mounts demand flatness, squareness, and repeatability. We deliver that with standard 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers, not special tricks.

All parts are deburred and cleaned before inspection. We do not skip edge break on optical components – sharp edges cause stress risers and assembly issues.
1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique job number. We record machine, operator, tool offsets, and inspection data for each run. If you have a field failure, we trace it to the exact shift and cutting tool. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch You receive a full dimensional report with every shipment – not a generic certificate. CMM points, surface roughness values, thread pass/fail, and material batch numbers. Your incoming QC can verify in minutes, not hours.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your optical mount often needs a spring-loaded kinematic mount, a stamped base plate, or a heat sink for laser diodes. We make all of them in-house. One purchase order, one logistics point, one quality standard. No multi-vendor coordination.

If your part holds, aligns, or moves an optical element, we can machine it. We routinely hold 0.01 mm flatness on 100 mm diameter surfaces.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype piece at the same tolerance as a 10,000-piece order. You pay a small setup fee for small batches, but the unit price drops predictably with volume.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection (FAI) on every new drawing, CMM verification on critical dimensions, and a full dimensional report with each batch. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost – no questions.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes in 7 working days. Production batches (100–1000 pcs) in 10–12 working days. We can expedite to 5 days for urgent builds, but we charge a 30% rush fee.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certs for metals, and FDA-grade certificates for POM/PEEK on request. Standard shipments include mill test reports.
