1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique job number. We record material heat number, machine operator, grinding wheel specs, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your spindle, we trace it to the exact batch and hour. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report—taper angle, runout, thread pitch, hardness, surface finish. We also send photos of critical features under CMM measurement. You do not need to re-check everything on arrival. Most buyers spot-check only.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsinks. Your collet chuck is often part of a larger assembly. We also run metal stamping lines, spring coiling, and heatsink fabrication. Q: What is the minimum order quantity? A: No MOQ. We make one piece for prototype validation. Many buyers start with 2–3 pieces to test fit and runout. Production orders from 50 pieces get a price break.
Q: How do you guarantee 0.005 mm tolerance? A: We grind the taper and OD in one setup on a cylindrical grinder. Then we measure runout on a precision spindle with a 0.001 mm indicator. Every chuck gets its own inspection record. If it fails, it does not ship.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom TG100 chuck? A: 7–12 working days for up to 10 pieces, depending on material and heat treatment. Rush orders (3–5 days) are possible if your drawing is simple and material is in stock. We tell you honestly within 12 hours of receiving your drawing.
Q: Do you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? A: Yes. Every batch includes mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment curves, and hardness test results. We can also provide third-party inspection (SGS or BV) at your cost.
