A: We grind the taper and OD in one setup on a cylindrical grinder. Then we measure runout on a precision spindle with a 0.001 mm indicator. Every chuck gets its own inspection record. If it fails, it does not ship.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom TG100 chuck?
A: 7–12 working days for up to 10 pieces, depending on material and heat treatment. Rush orders (3–5 days) are possible if your drawing is simple and material is in stock. We tell you honestly within 12 hours of receiving your drawing.
Q: Do you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports?
A: Yes. Every batch includes mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment curves, and hardness test results. We can also provide third-party inspection (SGS or BV) at your cost.
