Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to make it exactly to that drawing, verify it before shipment, and get it to your line without surprises.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC machining lines for 20 years. This CAT40 ER25 collet chuck is machined from solid steel, not cast or welded. Every dimension is checked before the crate is sealed.

  • Concentricity: ≤ 0.005 mm (TIR)
  • Taper accuracy: AT3 or better
  • Lead time: 15-20 working days for custom batches
  • No MOQ: 1 piece or 1,000 pieces, same drawing review process
  • Inspection report included with every batch

Specifications

We machine these collet chucks on 5-axis CNC lathe-mill centers. The process is standard for tool holders: turning, milling, heat treatment, grinding, and final inspection. We do not outsource steps.

We can also add features like through-coolant holes, pull studs, or custom keyways. If you need a material cert, we provide it with the batch.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat number and batch gets a unique ID. We keep records for 5 years. If a tool fails on your machine, we can trace it back to the exact bar stock and shift that machined it. This is not common for made-in-China suppliers. We do it because it saves you downtime.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Each batch ships with a dimensional report, material cert, and hardness test results. The report covers critical dimensions like taper angle, concentricity, and thread pitch. If you have a third-party inspector, they are welcome at our factory.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. We are not a trading company. Under one roof we run CNC machining, metal stamping, spring coiling, and heat sink extrusion lines. If your assembly needs a collet chuck, a stamped cover, a spring, and a heat sink, you send one drawing package. We coordinate the processes internally. That means fewer suppliers, less shipping, and one point of accountability.

Where These Parts Are Used

A CAT40 ER25 collet chuck is a standard interface on vertical machining centers and CNC mills. It holds ER25 collets, which grip cutting tools from 1 mm to 16 mm shank diameter.

  • High-speed milling of aluminum and steel in automotive mold shops
  • Drilling and tapping operations on 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers
  • Tooling for CNC routers cutting composites and plastics
  • Replacement tool holders for older Bridgeport-style mills with CAT40 spindles
  • Precision boring and reaming setups where runout control matters

If you are running a production line and your current chucks show more than 0.01 mm runout, you are losing tool life and surface finish. Our custom CNC collet chuck is ground to hold tighter tolerances.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept single-piece orders for prototype validation. The price per piece is higher for one-off, but the drawing review and inspection process is identical. For production batches, we offer tiered pricing.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect 100% of critical dimensions on every part. Taper angle is checked with an air gauge. Concentricity is measured on a precision spindle. We send you the inspection report before shipment. If a part fails your incoming inspection, we replace it and pay the freight.

Q: What is the lead time? A: Standard custom batch is 15-20 working days after drawing approval. If you need a sample for fit testing, we can ship one in 7-10 days. Rush orders are possible, but we do not skip inspection steps to save time.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment curves, and hardness test reports. All documents are in English and stamped by our QC department.

Send Your Drawing
