We use 5-axis CNC mills for the complex HSK50 taper and drive slots. Cylindrical grinders finish the taper and collet seat. Every chuck is checked with a precision taper gauge and a dial indicator for runout. We do not ship parts that fail our internal QC.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. We record material heat numbers, machine settings, and operator IDs. If you need to trace a part back to its steel, we have the paperwork. This matters for aerospace and medical tooling.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists taper angle, runout, hardness, and surface finish. No generic "certificate of conformance." You get actual numbers, measured on actual parts. If you need third-party inspection, we coordinate that too.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. We are not a trading company. Our 5,000 m² facility runs CNC machining, metal stamping, spring coiling, and heat sink extrusion lines. You send us a drawing for a collet chuck, and we can also quote the retention knobs, springs, or coolant nozzles in the same email. Fewer suppliers, shorter lead times, one responsible party.
HSK50 ER20 collet chucks are standard in high-speed machining centers. They hold cutting tools with ER20 collets, typically for drills, end mills, and reamers up to 13 mm shank diameter.

Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC collet chucks? A: Samples take 10 working days. Production runs take 15 working days after drawing approval. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 5 days for an additional fee.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw steel, heat treatment reports, and our own dimensional inspection report. All documents are traceable to the batch number.
