We use CNC turning for the body, then CNC grinding for the taper and bore. Heat treatment is done in-house or with our certified partner. Final inspection uses a CMM and taper gauges.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every piece gets a unique serial number. We record material heat number, machine operator, and inspection results. If a problem shows up in your shop, we trace it back to the exact batch and process step. You get full traceability from raw bar to finished chuck.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Each batch ships with a dimensional report. We measure taper angle, concentricity, hardness, and surface finish. For critical dimensions, we provide CMM data points. If you need a full PPAP or FAIR, we do that too.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your collet chuck is not the only part you need. We run four production lines under one roof. CNC machining, metal stamping, spring coiling, and heat sink fabrication. Send us your whole BOM. We coordinate the processes, reduce your supplier list, and cut logistics cost.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for you to test. Once approved, we scale to your volume. Small batch runs are welcome.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC grinders with in-process gauging. After grinding, we check every critical dimension on a CMM. Taper angle is verified with a calibrated air gauge. We ship a full inspection report with the batch. If any dimension is out of spec, we replace the part free.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes are 7–12 working days. Production runs are 15–20 working days, depending on quantity and heat treatment cycle. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for all alloy steels. We also provide hardness test reports and any third-party testing you require.
