Every chuck is ground after heat treatment. We do not skip steps. The taper is checked with a calibrated W20 gauge before the part leaves the shop.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material heat number, machine operator, and inspection records are linked to that number. If you need to trace a part back to its raw bar stock, we can do that in minutes.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report for every batch, not just a sample. CMM data, taper contact percentage, and hardness values are listed. No surprises at your incoming QC.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet chuck might need a spring collet, a stamped retainer, or a heat sink adapter. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, shorter lead times, simpler logistics.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind the taper and OD after heat treatment. Each part is checked with a W20 master gauge and a CMM. The inspection report is included with the shipment. If a part fails, we remake it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC collet chucks? A: 7–12 working days for prototypes, depending on material and heat treatment. Production batches of 100+ pieces typically ship in 15–20 working days. Air freight is available if you need it faster.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and can be notarized if your customer requires it.
