This is a custom CNC collet chuck for auto lathe 18-type machines. The round bore is machined to your specified diameter. We hold concentricity and bore tolerance consistently.

We use CNC turning, internal grinding, and surface grinding. Slots and keyways are cut on wire EDM or CNC milling. Heat treatment is done in controlled atmosphere furnaces. Every collet chuck is serialized for traceability.
