A: We grind after heat treatment. That removes distortion. We measure every chuck on a CMM and a dedicated synchronization tester. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If a part fails your incoming inspection, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is the typical lead time?
A: 15 working days for standard materials and sizes. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 7 days if the drawing is clear and material is in stock. We will confirm the exact date when you send the drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill test reports for the raw material with each batch. We also provide hardness test reports and, if needed, a full chemical composition analysis.
