We use CNC turning and grinding for the OD and bore, then wire-cut the slots. The hex bore is broached or wire-cut depending on size and tolerance. Every collet is stress-relieved after machining to prevent distortion during use.

Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and traceable to the batch number.
