We cut the rear thread on a CNC lathe, then grind the taper and bore on a cylindrical grinder. Slots are EDM wire-cut to avoid burrs. Each collet is serialized and matched to its inspection report.

2. Inspection report per batch You get a PDF with CMM coordinates, thread pitch diameter readings, hardness values, and taper angle measurements. We do not ship a box of parts without data. Our QC team signs off on every batch, and we keep records for 5 years.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your collet chuck may need a spring for the closing mechanism, a stamped retainer ring, or a heatsink for a high-speed spindle.
