This is a 36-type extended collet with a square bore, machined to your exact drawing. We do not stock generic blanks and modify them. We start from raw bar stock and cut every feature—bore shape, taper angle, slot width, and reliefs—according to your print.
Every collet is verified before shipment. We check the taper with a gauge, the square bore with a pin, and the slot geometry with optical measurement. If it does not match your drawing, it does not ship.

If a problem appears in your assembly line six months from now, we can pull the full production record for that batch within one hour. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report for every batch, not just a sampling. We measure bore size, taper angle, concentricity, and hardness on each piece. The report is signed by our QC engineer and sent with the shipment. Your incoming inspection takes minutes, not hours.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. We run four production lines under one roof: CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. If your collet chuck assembly also needs a stamped retainer, a compression spring, or a heat sink for the drive unit, you send one drawing package and deal with one quality team. Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one piece for prototyping or 10,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but we do not force you to buy more than you need.
Q: What tolerance can you hold on the square bore and taper? A: Standard is ±0.005 mm on bore and ±0.01° on taper angle. For special applications, we can hold ±0.003 mm on the bore and ±0.005° on the taper, but this requires a material that does not move during heat treatment. We will tell you if your drawing is not achievable before we quote.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom CNC collet chuck? A: 7 working days for a prototype or small batch. 12 working days for production quantities. If you need it faster, we can split the batch and ship the first part of the order early. We do not quote lead times we cannot meet.
Q: Do you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? A: Yes. Every shipment includes a mill certificate for the raw material and a heat treatment report showing the hardness and case depth. If you need a full PPAP or a third-party inspection, we can arrange that at cost.
