All collets are stress-relieved after rough machining, then ground in one setup. This keeps bore and taper concentric. We do not skip tempering.
1. Batch-traceable quality Each batch gets a unique heat number and work order. Raw material certs are archived for 5 years. If you need to trace a part back to its steel melt, we can do that in minutes.
2. Inspection report per batch You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, and hardness. No extra charge. No surprises.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind the bore and taper in one clamping. Then every part is checked on a CMM with a 0.001 mm resolution. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If any dimension is out, we rework or replace at no cost.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom collet? A: For 1–50 pieces, 7 working days. For 51–500 pieces, 12 working days. For larger orders, we confirm a schedule within 24 hours of drawing review.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for A2, D2, 4140, or any specified grade. Certificates are traceable to the batch heat number.
