Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We machine it. Every quenched collet is made to your exact dimensions, verified with a full inspection report before shipment. No surprises at your incoming QC.

At a glance: Tolerance ±0.005 mm on bore and taper, surface roughness Ra 0.4, lead time 10-15 working days, no MOQ. One part or one thousand, same process control.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. Twenty years of CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks under one roof. Your custom CNC collet chuck is not a side job. It is our core line.

Custom CNC Collet Chuck Auto Lathe 25 Type Triangle Bar Stoc

Every collet is ground after heat treatment. We do not skip lapping. The taper seat is matched to a master gauge before we ship.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a heat number, a process card, and a final inspection record. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it back to the exact heat treatment cycle and grinding wheel. You do not have to guess.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp. Bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, hardness—all documented. Your QC can match our numbers against their own.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your collet chuck is often part of a larger assembly. We machine the collet, stamp the retaining ring, coil the spring, and cut the heatsink. One purchase order, one responsible party, no multi-vendor coordination.

Where These Parts Are Used

A 46 Type quenched collet is a workholding component for automatic lathes and CNC turning centers. It grips round bar stock during high-speed machining. Typical applications:

  • Swiss-type screw machines holding 2-20 mm bar for medical screws, dental implants, and watch parts.
  • Multi-spindle automatics running 20-46 mm bar for automotive fuel injectors, hydraulic fittings, and bearing races.
  • CNC lathe spindles in job shops that need quick changeover between bar diameters.
  • Secondary operations where a ground collet must hold a finished part without marking it.

The quenched surface resists wear from abrasive materials like free-cutting steel and aluminum alloys. The ground bore maintains grip force over thousands of cycles. If your machine uses a 46 Type collet, this part fits the standard taper and thread.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for your fit test, or 10,000 pieces for production. The process is the same. You pay only for the parts, not for setup minimums.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind to ±0.005 mm and verify with a CMM. Each batch gets a full inspection report. If any dimension is out of spec, we rework or scrap it before shipping. You receive only conforming parts.

Q: What is your lead time? A: 10-15 working days for prototypes after drawing approval. Production batches of 1,000 pieces take 20-25 working days. Heat treatment is the longest step; we schedule it in parallel with rough machining.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw steel, heat treatment reports with hardness curves, and our own dimensional inspection report. All documents are in English and PDF format.

Send Your Drawing

Send us your 2D drawing or 3D model. We will review the material, tolerance, and heat treatment requirements. You get a firm quote within 12 hours, not a range.
