A: No MOQ. We make one piece if that is what you need. For a set of 15, 18, 20, 22, you can order just the 20 mm size or the full set. Pricing reflects setup cost, not quantity.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We grind the taper and bore after heat treatment. That removes distortion. Then we measure every unit on a CMM. The inspection report is included. If you need third-party verification, we can arrange SGS or TUV at cost.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Standard sizes ship in 7–12 working days. Custom bores or special tapers add 3–5 days for tooling. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first piece in 48 hours.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Each batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material, heat treatment report, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and PDF format.
