We run the collet bore and taper in the same clamping setup. That eliminates concentricity error. For slotted collets, we use wire EDM after hardening to keep slot edges sharp and burr-free.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique job number. Raw material heat number, machine operator, tool offsets, and inspection results are linked to that number. If you need to trace a part back to its steel batch, we can do it in minutes.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Each shipment includes a signed inspection sheet with actual measured values—not just a pass/fail stamp. We measure critical dimensions on a CMM and record them. You can audit the report against your own incoming QC.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your collet chuck assembly may need a spring, a stamped retainer, or a heat sink for the spindle motor. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, shorter lead times, and one responsible party for the whole assembly.

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We machine one prototype or a full production run. The unit price drops with quantity, but we do not force you to buy more than you need. Many buyers start with 5–10 pieces for testing, then scale up.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm tolerance? A: We machine the bore and taper in one setup on a temperature-controlled CNC lathe. Then we measure on a CMM with a resolution of 0.0001 mm. If a dimension is out, the part is scrapped—not reworked. You get the report with the shipment.
Q: What is the typical lead time? A: For standard materials like 42CrMo4 or SUS303, 7–10 working days after drawing approval. If heat treatment or grinding is required, add 3–5 days. Rush orders for prototype quantities can be done in 72 hours.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill test certificate from the steel supplier, plus our own hardness and chemical composition verification if requested. We keep the original documents for 10 years.
