Where these parts are used
Internal expanding collet chucks are workholding devices. They grip the inside diameter of a part so you can machine the outside. Typical applications:
Auto lathe spindles for high-volume turning of bushings, pins, and sleeves. The chuck grips the bore, the lathe cuts the OD and threads.
Gear manufacturing—holding gear blanks by their pre-machined bore for hobbing or shaping.
Grinding operations where you need to finish an OD concentric to an existing bore. Our chuck holds the bore within 0.01 mm TIR.
Balancing machines for rotors and armatures. The expanding chuck centers the part on its true axis, not on a rough surface.
Robotic assembly cells where a pneumatic or hydraulic actuator opens and closes the chuck to pick and place parts.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for testing or a full production run. The unit price is higher for single pieces because setup time dominates, but we do not turn away small orders.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We grind all critical surfaces after heat treatment. Taper angles are measured with a sine bar and indicator. Concentricity is checked on a precision mandrel. Every batch ships with a CMM report. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: 15 working days for standard sizes after drawing approval. For complex multi-slot designs or special materials, allow 20–25 working days. We can expedite to 10 days for an urgent order, subject to machine availability.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material and our own heat treatment report. For aerospace or medical applications, we can provide full traceability including chemical composition and hardness curves.
