We grind the taper and bore in one setup. This keeps concentricity under 0.005 mm. We use coolant-fed grinding for consistent surface finish on hardened steel.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Standard lead time is 10–15 working days for batches under 500 pcs. Larger batches take 20–25 working days. We can expedite to 5 working days for an extra charge.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We include mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results with every shipment. For aerospace or medical orders, we provide full traceability documentation.
