We grind the taper after heat treatment. That is the only way to hold AT3. We do not skip this step.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a heat number and a unique job number. We keep records for 10 years. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact heat treatment cycle and grinding wheel. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full CMM report with every shipment. The report shows taper angle, runout, hardness, and surface finish. We do not send a generic certificate. We send your numbers, measured on your parts.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your BT40 collet chuck is not the only part you need. If your machine build requires a spring-loaded retention knob, a stamped cover plate, or a heat sink for the spindle drive, we make it in the same building. Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind the taper and bore after heat treatment. We measure with a CMM and a taper gauge. Runout is checked on a test arbor. Every part gets a final inspection. The report is included in the shipment.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom CNC collet chuck? A: Prototype: 10-15 working days after drawing approval. Production: 20-25 working days. If you need faster, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% earlier. We do not quote impossible dates.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and can be notarized if your customer requires it.
