We grind the BT40 taper on a Junker or Studer cylindrical grinder. The ER16 collet pocket is precision bored and honed. Every unit is checked on a runout gauge before packing.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each heat of material gets a unique lot number. We record hardness, grinding parameters, and final runout per batch. If you need to trace a failure, we can show you the exact process data for that serial number.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a CMM report, runout certificate, and material test certificate with every shipment. No extra charge. The report shows actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet chuck is not an isolated part. If your assembly also needs a stamped cover, a compression spring, or an aluminum heat sink, we make all of them under one roof. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date.

The BT40 taper is common on 40-taper spindles from Mazak, Haas, Okuma, and DMG MORI. Our chuck works in any of those machines, provided the pull stud matches your drawbar. We can supply the pull stud as a separate part or integrated per your print.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept single-piece orders for prototypes. Production pricing starts at 50 pieces, but you can order one piece at prototype pricing.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind the taper to AT3 and check concentricity on a runout gauge. Each batch gets a CMM report and hardness certificate. If a part fails your incoming inspection, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom CNC collet chuck? A: Prototype: 10–15 working days after drawing approval. Production: 20–25 working days. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 7 days for an extra fee.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and final hardness test results. All documents are in English and traceable to the batch number.
