What is your MOQ? No MOQ. We make one custom CNC collet chuck for a prototype or 500 pieces for a production line. The price per piece drops with quantity, but the quality standard stays the same.
What tolerance and runout can you hold? Standard runout is 0.005 mm TIR at the nose. If your drawing calls for 0.003 mm, we can grind it, but we will confirm the price and lead time first. Taper angle is checked with a precision air gauge, not a go/no-go plug.
What is your lead time? 7 days for a prototype or small batch. 12 days for production quantities. If you need it faster, tell us when you send the drawing. We will tell you honestly if it is possible.
Do you provide material certificates and inspection reports? Yes. Every batch includes a material certificate (mill cert) and a dimensional inspection report. Hardness test data is included. If your customer requires a full PPAP, we can provide that for production orders.
