## Opening Your drawing defines the part. We machine it. We verify it. Then we ship it.

This is a heavy duty TG150 collet chuck built for high torque and repeatable gripping. We make it to your exact print, not from a stock catalog. Every unit is inspected before it leaves our floor in Dongguan.

  • Tolerance: 0.005 mm on critical diameters
  • Runout: ≤ 0.008 mm TIR at nose
  • Lead time: 15–20 working days for custom batches
  • No MOQ: order one piece or one thousand
  • Material: 20CrMnTi or 8620, case-hardened to HRC 58–62

## Specifications We run a dedicated CNC turning and grinding cell for collet chucks. No shared lines, no cross-contamination of chips or heat treatment batches.

Precision CNC Collet Chuck Tool Holder

We use Mitsubishi and Mazak CNC lathes, followed by Studer or equivalent cylindrical grinders. For internal tapers, we use a dedicated jig grinder with a 0.002 mm resolution. Heat treatment is done in a vacuum furnace with full time-temperature charts.

## Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality Each batch gets a unique heat number and job card. We track material from incoming bar stock to final grind. If you need to trace a part back to its melt, we can do it in minutes.

2. Inspection report per batch You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. This includes CMM data on taper angle, bore diameter, runout, and hardness. No surprises at your incoming inspection.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink You send us a drawing for a collet chuck. We machine it. But if your assembly also needs a stamped retainer, a spring collet, or a heatsink for the spindle motor, we make those too. One purchase order, one shipping point, one quality system.

## Where these parts are used TG150 collet chucks are not for light duty. They are used where a standard ER collet cannot hold torque or rigidity.

  • CNC lathe live tooling – holding shank tools for milling and drilling on turning centers.
  • Vertical machining centers – heavy roughing of steel and Inconel where tool push-out is a risk.
  • Multi-spindle automatics – high production runs requiring consistent gripping force over thousands of cycles.
  • Gear hobbing and broaching – where axial thrust loads are high and any slip ruins the workpiece.
  • Aerospace structural parts – titanium and aluminum frames where tool holder rigidity directly affects surface finish.

In each case, the chuck must hold the tool shank with zero play. Our ground taper and hardened body deliver that.

## Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one piece for prototype validation or 5,000 pieces for production. Tooling cost is amortized into the unit price, not charged upfront.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We grind all critical surfaces after heat treatment. Taper angle is checked with a precision air gauge. Runout is measured on a test mandrel. Every part gets a CMM report. We hold 0.005 mm on bore and taper, and 0.008 mm TIR at the nose.

Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC collet chucks? A: 15 working days for prototypes, 20 working days for production batches. If you need faster, we can split the batch or use expedited heat treatment. We will tell you the exact date before you place the order.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All are traceable to the batch number on your parts.

## Send your drawing Send us your PDF or STEP file. We will review the geometry, material, and tolerance. You get a firm quote with a delivery date in 12 hours.
